Terms of Service

By using Rize Digital's onboarding service and connecting your ad accounts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Rize Digital provides a client onboarding flow that connects your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts to our agency manager accounts so we can manage your advertising on your behalf. The service includes establishing those connections, maintaining them, and monitoring whether they remain active.

You confirm that you have the authority to connect the ad accounts you link to us and that doing so doesn't violate any agreement you have with Google, Meta, or any other party. You're responsible for ensuring the contact and business details you provide during onboarding are accurate.

By connecting your accounts, you authorize Rize Digital to access and manage your Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta ad accounts, Pages, and pixels as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account permissions or Meta Business Integrations settings.

While we work to manage and optimize your advertising effectively, Rize Digital does not guarantee specific results, including ad performance, return on ad spend, or business outcomes. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control.

Our handling of your data, tokens, and access is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rize Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the management of your ad accounts. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the three months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
