Privacy Policy

We use Google and Meta sign-in for one reason only: to connect your ad accounts to Rize Digital's agency accounts so we can manage your advertising. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties, and every token we store is encrypted. You can revoke our access at any time.

When you connect your accounts, you're authorizing Rize Digital to link your Google Ads and Meta ad accounts to our agency's manager accounts (our Google MCC and Meta Business Manager). Sign-in is the only way the platforms let us establish that link — we never see your Google or Facebook password, and we can't log in to your accounts on your behalf.

Once connected, we access only what's needed to manage your advertising:

• · Google Ads — campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, bidding, and performance reports.
• · Google Analytics — property configuration and reporting data used to inform your ad strategy.
• · Google Tag Manager — container configuration for tracking and measurement.
• · Meta ad accounts — campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, audiences, and performance reports.
• · Meta Pages — page settings relevant to your advertising.
• · Meta pixels — pixel configuration used for conversion tracking and audience building.

We do not access your personal emails, private messages, contacts, or anything unrelated to running your ads.

To keep your accounts connected, we store the access tokens the platforms issue. Every token is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption before it's saved. Tokens are used only to manage your advertising and are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

We use the information and access described above for a single purpose: to manage and optimize your advertising on Google and Meta. That includes creating and editing campaigns, adjusting budgets, reviewing performance, and reporting results back to you. We don't use your data to train models, build profiles, or for any purpose beyond running your ads.

Rize Digital's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Rize Digital from your accounts at any time:

• · Google: Visit your Google Account permissions page, find Rize Digital, and remove access.
• · Meta: Go to Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations in your Facebook account, find Rize Digital, and remove it.

Once revoked, our nightly check will detect the change and mark your connection as revoked automatically.

You can request that we delete your client record and any stored tokens at any time by emailing stuart@rize-digital.com. We'll process your request within 30 days and confirm once it's done.
